After Arati at 9:50 am, we had lemon juice and went for (
XII board) exam. (The examination centre was our school, so we could just walk across). (Swami's) throne was kept in Room number C1 (in those days, this was the corner room, largest room on the top floor of the school building). Our hall tickets were kept at His feet, we took namaskar at the throne, took our hall tickets. Wrote the English paper in one hour and waited for two hours - very easy paper. Primary (
girls' wing students) (were writing) in another room (on the same floor). Studied Maths after 3 pm, slept in the afternoon. The summary (I had prepared) came in handy.
At 5:30 in the morning, we (X and XII) had gone to Mandir, heard the
Discourse going on in the Poornachandra from the Mandir, came back to Hostel after prasadam of hot rice and sweet rice. Sent the
Institute application forms by registered post.
