Physics (practical exam went) OK. I got Boys' method and galvanometer conversion. Viva - many boys muffed easy questions (I didn't). Exams 7 to 10 am Ist batch and 10:30 to 1:30 IInd batch. Shailesh sir was in lab 3 am to 3 pm. I bid him goodbye from the lab itself.
Finished packing, Achan (Father) arrived with Mohanchettan (my cousin who stays at Bangalore). They ate at Kumara Vilas (a restaurant near Gopuram gate) and we left by 1:45 (by our car, with Achan driving.) Using a short route, reached Brindavan in two and a half hours. Went directly for darshan.
Swami took Sandeep's letter from me, gave padanamaskar and vibhooti to all (the students, since it was the last day of the academic calendar), gave discourse from room (that is to say, probably there was a Trayee session - in those days, students used to sit for darshan in the Trayee compound, so "room" here would be the entrance hall of Trayee, the jhoola room).
