Morning darshan - boys supposed to ask for Poornachandra session* asked half-heartedly. So, He only smiled.
Finished off Bhasa note-taking.
Evening darshan - asked for Brindavan padanamaskar. "Now?" "Yes, Swami!" Took one step towards us, then an about-turn, gave ATP padanamaskar! Later, again came towards us, started off, then retraced, saying Parthi boys and Brindavan boys are sitting mixed together, so tomorrow.
After bhajan, Swami told all boys to go to Poornachandra. Chaos at the entrance. Finally entered in lines, after more than 20 minutes. Swami sat onstage, interview-room type chair.
Rajahmundry boys presented a dance. Sundaresan Sir got permission to stay, along with make-up boys (for doing the make-up for the drama to be staged end-Jan.) So, our (drama boys) uncertainty caused by Narahari Sir's "Everybody is leaving unless otherwise informed" alleviated.
"Full-fledged" practice supposed to start at 7:45 pm, I went at 8:45 as Vijaya Sai Sir told me to, wrote letter to A3 (parents and sister). Was sent back to Old Hostel (from the college auditorium) on bicycle without brakes and with a loose seat, to get the other boys. Ajay Rana commandeered the bike, so I had to walk till the Police Station. Gave Rajesh Grover his cassettes, he was recording a video which they produced, Communications Project, 'Heart to Heart'.
Drama practice concluded by 10:50 pm. Read Chekov's short stories (Vivek Babu's). Must find a better way to pass time and beat the mosquitoes. Slept only around 11:15 pm or so - very hot and mosquito-ey.
*Poornachandra sessions were like the Parthi equivalent of Trayee sessions - a closed gathering with only Swami, students and a few selected guests, where Swami could interact more freely with students, students could present some of their talent to Swami and so on.
