Image of Trayee Brindavan, including the rabbit hutches etc on the left, from https://saiprema.wordpress.com/2021/04/26/the-story-of-trayee-brindavan/ . When I was at Brindavan, the yard would never be so full of fallen leaves, they would all be swept and the lawns would be immaculate.
My first day of "daily AVC routine". Got up around 6:15. I had heard music at 5:20, didn't get up. Morning - put the speakers out (in Sai Ramesh Hall, onstage), taking them in only after Trayee session (in the evening). Whole morning in Physics lab, old Prayer Hall being converted to lab, taking tables there etc. BVC, Chaitanya, myself, Jain Sir, Umesh Sir. Then, wiring the tables' extension boards. I was checking out Sundaresan Sir's Walkman's apparent saturation at low volume in the AVC at 10 am when Chaitanya called me for the Physics lab work. We had tea during the work, too.
Afternoon - slept for an hour or so, bath, 3:45 Sai Ramesh Hall again. (Extending the audio cable) snake to singers, putting the mics down, sweeping the amplifier room. Swami came near us, playfully changed direction. Winding up was too slow according to Sir.
Trayee - Amar Singh spoke on how Swami said don't serve puffed rice (at Kodai) - "Only children eat it" - finally Swami was the only one who ate it. General Mahadevan - how Swami's name made well dug in village give sweet water. "MBA boy" spoke of Shirdi Sai temple, Baba coming in rickshaw.
Swami spoke mostly about love - glue between man and God. Jayamma translated. Mud between man and water underground - like worldliness before God. Panchamruta - Milk of attachment to God by purifying blood of attachment to world, Honey of worldly pleasures, Vishaya Visham Ghee of Vishaya, Curds of solidified milk - anger etc, sweetness of sugar - Vatsalya.
It was 7:30 by the time we came out, after putting the speakers inside and dividing work to speed up winding up. A3 (parents and sister) - problem with car differential, but will treat at Calicut - going tomorrow morning. Bought soap for a devotee, slept after dinner and diary.
