So, Your Discourse 9:15 to 10:15 pm! with petals. P. M. and Seshan also spoke, also Justice Ranganathan and Shastri (mostly praising P. V. Narasimha Rao). Seshan also wanted to praise P. V., but he said, "Seshan is afraid of the Chief Election Commissioner".

I wanted to quarter that Shastri for troubling Swami so much - dropping petals (incomplete)
