From my 'Swami albums'. Caption is: 11 Jan 1995. Noon. Mandir. As Kabir for Sports Meet (peeking out from directly behind Swami.) Nithin, Ravi Kishore and Sairam, my roommates, are also seen in this picture.
Swami sent another diary, so I can write events in this diary and feelings in that. 5 am garlic toast and coffee, 6 to 7 beard for Kabir (me) by Krishna Kishore (one of the 'costume boys') at SSSHSS lab. Saw a little of the morning program - Para plane crashed on takeoff, go-karts and Naveen's bike OK, wheelie etc, Parthi lifting Maruti car, trampoline, bikes pulling man etc jumping over bike etc. ATP ribbon waving monocycling, our cultural program Janani Janmabhoomischa. Evening 4:30 Primary School's usual colourful program, some old songs, some English pieces, some latest, in 'Chitrahaar'.
Morning, Swami was happy with our program, evening said, 'Institute program ability, Primary School pleasure.
The diary sent to us on 11 Jan 1995.
Swami sent this diary to Old Hostel (where the Brindavan boys stay when they come to Prasanthi Nilayam) around 7 pm, so I'm writing feelings here and events in the other diary. You respond so completely. I shut You out of my mind while acting, so flopped. Thought of You at Mandir, smiled and came for photo. Stood right in front of me (hiding me) so that I peeped over Your shoulder! Smilingly gave photos to all who came (some shy) only saying, "Boys are pushing Me". Poor Swami, as Sanjay Sahni Sir said.
Sat in gallery by going at 3 o'clock for evening program, as Old Hostel slept. When opened Sathya Sai Speaks Vol X, some reproachful quote like "You get the habits of the company you keep" or something like that. But got good Mandir place when ran back before You came leisurely the long way around. You told the Air Force Brass hat, how nice it was etc. Gave photos to ATP (motorcycle) escorts at long last. But Primary School (motorcycle) escorts missed. Maybe separate photos. You stood in the middle of our (PSN+BRN) and Primary School formations on the ground and took photos & Arati.
Felt better today; didn't waste too much time in sleep/talk. Didn't ask You to negate bad, asked for good instead, got. Reminded of "World is a girls' college" when saw boys made up as girls. (A quote from You, along the lines of "There is only one Purusha, the rest are all 'Abalas' just as in a girls' college, in a drama, they dress up as men.")
