1995-06-10 - Saturday - S⁴ had one class + practicals! But at night, A4 1st PG meeting, his eloquence impressed me. The meeting was about a drama to be staged before You - about Water Project. S⁴ spoke of co-operation & letter censoring (ATP). Homework & practicals pile up. New boy Tarak C. Reddy - 6'8"! joined. Nijeesh, 1st year, got Engg seat, so is leaving.

'La Grazia e Proporzionata Allo Sforzo' (a reference to one of the multi-lingual sayings on signs on either side of the road along Vidyagiri - Grace is proportional to the effort) Must hurry in the evenings & not loiter with the others - C. Satya (my classmate and co-room-leader) was one of the first to leave college as he has responsibility of ABCD group lots. (In those days, the students were to leave for mandir in lines. There would be four lines, and lots would decide which line would leave first.) I was in G (for General), (which would have gone to mandir after lines A, B, C & D) so long-distance darshan of You telling S⁴ "Buddhi leda?" etc. for asking for Your sitting for bhajan under unfinished canopy. Talking to the engineer every day - new stylized lotus gate, canopy over front of Mandir etc.

1995-06-11 - Sunday - Writing records morning and evening, Digital Lab (with P. Satya) in the afternoon + library. Brunch. Drenched at 2:15 return to Hostel. Rain for darshan also, but roof ... Slippers flicked, bought white pair.

You were smiling, joking with SSSIHMS doctors, talking for some half an hour - it seemed. Walking back in the rain refusing the golf cart, and Ravi Kiran wanted someone to have clicked it!
