1995-08-25 - Friday - Did Sooryanamaskar & Sarvangasan. Port A RAM 1 dead (of the microprocessor board). A3 (parents and sister) phoned thrice, simply, finally I took the phone at 8:10 pm just before they locked the phone. Onam meeting at music room (in the Hostel - this used to be next to the dining hall in those days) - ~40 Institute Mallus (Malayalis).
Worshipful mood absent. Read Sarathi article, indifference is not non-attachment (to parents, etc.)
While going to supervise the work outside the front gate, You have some interaction with boys ...
1995-08-26 - Saturday - Did hardware project and finished it off.
One whole week I couldn't write (this diary) - memory of sitting around pookkalam (flower carpet for Onam) only remains. But that comes later ...
1995-08-27 - Sunday - Money exhausted, must withdraw. Awareness class preparation - saw Badrinath trip video - 1960s - running up steps, bending and taking water, etc.
1995-08-28 - Monday - "Mallus" sat together and asked (for permission to make the traditional Kerala flower carpets during Onam) "Floral decoration, Swami", gesturing to near the gate. Immediate response - "Pettuko..." (Put it.) So, we had to plan and execute for beginning tomorrow - Ganesh Chaturthi, too.
Night meeting, Mallus to put pookkalam - II PG tomorrow, then turns - get up at 4 am, go there by 5, put till 6:30. Today night out - clay + bricks + chanakam (cow-dung) - II PG.
