1996-11-15 - Friday - Morning KVR's computer - solitaire, minesweeper, word... Drama boys went to Poornachandra, classes as usual with Prof Sood running, Vishwanath Sir walking & KBR crawling. Read Programming for Windows 3.1 evening & night + note-making.
1996-11-16 - Saturday - Typed into diskette "Hellowin" program in less than one and a half hours, 6 to 7.30 after seeing virusfree etc. 1st two hours KVR again (talking), ending with Swami & Phantom... Then Ad Block, where after waiting an hour (ATPx3 in visitors' room, so I was in entrance hall) got the papers & sent via Professional Couriers (to Raja Ganesh as mentioned in the previous post), with Rs. 90 anticipating his Rs. 200. Prof Sood's classes rapidly deteriorating in quality. Then, tried to find Turbo C++ 3.1 or Fortran in Computer Lab with Sainath Sir - Sridharan Sir says Turbo C++ is corrupted and Fortran is non-existent. Plans of getting from Hospital etc. By night, found Renju Sir had MS C++ 7.0, possibly Fortran also... so problem solved by Tuesday?
1996-11-17 - Sunday - Morning formatted diskettes & typed index to my notes. KVR locked communicating door, told me to keep external door keys in MS's pen stand. Evening, I was plucked away by KBR after the meeting for tomorrow's Narayana seva (at Shanthi Vedika gallery - 2nd PG will do the clothes distribution) for arranging PA system onstage (seva is on upper ground) + set up mics at 6.30 AM. Mahadev & Hari (Bangalore sevadal) will bring on trolley ...
