    Education without character
    Science without humanity
    Commerce without morality
    Politics without principles

  2. How are students connected to unrest?
    They have ceased to develop sacred thoughts, selflessness, heroic tendencies, and sense of sacrifice for the motherland.
  3. Human Values to be practised in daily life:
    Fear of sin, Love of God, Morality in society.
  4. What constitutes a sound character in man?
    Unity of Thought, Word and Deed.
  5. What is the cause for lack of morality in ideals?
    No limits on desires and money.
  6. What is the limit for money?
    Just enough to live comfortably without begging or borrowing.
  7. Is science responsible for unrest?
    Not science, but method of using science.
  8. Who are responsible for spoiling students?
    Parents at home and teachers at institutions.
  9. What should we do after education?
    Serve country, not be attracted to foreign glamour.
  10. What should man have for virtuous life?
    Human Values, good character, live according to ideal principles.
  11. What can solve problems of man?
    A change towards the good in man's deteriorating conduct and by his learning to live like a man, by understanding the secret of living the very reasons that caused the problem in the first place.
  12. What makes man live like a man?
    The cultivating and practice of divine ideals in life, immortal and nectarine ideals.
  13. Five evils due to lack of spiritual practice:
    Asanthi, Adharma, Athyaachaara, Anyaaya, Akrama.
  14. 'Help ever, hurt never' - broadens heart and vision.
  15. Lack of progressive ideals in India due to:
    No love in one's outlook, no foresight in one's vision, no morality in the ideals one practices.
  16. A teaspoonful of cow's milk is equal to barrels of donkey's milk.

    • When man travels North, gets peace, splendour, etc. because his thoughts are towards Brahman and reaches the world of the Sun, that is, the life principle, and because of that, he will have no rebirth.
    • Brahmavid Brahmaiva Bhavati, Punarjanma Na Vidyate.
    • When man travels South, he attains darkness and is devoid of peace etc. leading to the Moon, whose principle is Matter, because of which he will not attain divinity, and hence will have birth again.
  12. The Sun has the five elements as five sheaths.
  13. In one year, the Sun stays in 12 houses, one month in each, and his splendour changes with his travel.  Each month has 2 pakshas or fortnights, the bright or shukla or full moon compared to life, and the dark or krishna which has the new moon, compared to the living being.
  14. Creation has neither beginning nor end.
  15. How can we say that the origin cannot be known, but the end is in our hands?
    Examples of green gram and paddy.

    First merge senses in mind, then merge mind in Atman, by which transform Work into Worship, with heart full of devotion, sarva karma bhagawath preetyaartham.
  24. What is responsible for creation?
    Sankalpa, desire.

  26. How can Ekoham Bahusyaam be illustrated?
    With example of one seed and many fruits.

    Whenever praana leaves one body, good and bad actions of that body, like a shadow, follow the praana, and like a garland, enter the next body, appropriate to the actions.
  28. How can one escape from the law of karma?
    By devotion, praying to divinity, example - mirror.

  30. Marriage according to Andal - merger with Paramatman.
  31. By what does sin not touch man?
    By devotion. Example - lotus leaf though in water... reflection, though on mirror...
