1994-03-19 - Saturday - letters only, no shouting

A photo from my "Swami albums" - Sports Meet practice session, 1995-96

A day of slippage to some extent. Warden announced today we won't be shouting (for Swami to call us in for a Trayee session), only holding letters. Swami smiled, talked to Warden morning and evening darshan, didn't take a single letter.

Whole morning - supposed to do Sankrit - so wrote 'Origin of Drama' from Naresh, then 11:30 to 1, lunch, slept on desktop. Totally unnecessary, colossal waste of time. Then, in the afternoon, Math Question Papers came (for practice). Did 401, 402 I'll do later. Mosquitos are a trouble at night. Finished the 3 hour paper by dinner, did one Chapter of Pratima (writing quotations) during study hours. But more slippage as regards talking. I'll inadvertently ask, "Did dhobi come?" or something like that, against the Mauna vrata. Actually these words are also of no use - merely start conversations. Also, after 401 paper, had to tell everyone how clever I am, I completed etc?! Wrote to A3 (parents and sister) - coming home on unknown date after Swami leaves. Tomorrow morning's song (to be played over the PA system before Suprabhatam) - Meri Bhakthi se Bhagwan Ulajhna Nahin. (That song talks about how the Lord is not speaking to the protagonist, but accepts even Shabari's fruits and so on.)
