Got idea of taking Gita to Sai Ramesh Hall in pocket. Actually reading at Hostel entrance, waiting for Sir. (Got up extra late, 6:30, hurried to be on time). Sir came at 7:55 in the morning, with Swami coming out around 8:05. In the evening, he was early - by 3:35 itself. Swami came only after 4, saying "Pakka, Pakka".
Physics lab at 10 after "Richie Rich" in the room. Power failure at 11:30, so troubleshooting of power supplies fizzled out. Very hot. Met Shailesh Sir, unemployed (meaning he was not doing anything in particular), at Hostel entrance. He gave me two sweets - Swami had thrown from his tray today. Then he decided to teach me microprocessors. Continued after lunch with "Gaonkar", got some idea. Slept 3:05 to 3:10, milk in Sikivahan's glass, mine having vanished, on to Sai Ramesh Hall. Rains just as we entered Trayee. In the winds, pots fell over, lamp fixtures upset. S. G. Sir did that work pointed by Swami while we wound up. Searching for S. G. Sir for the key, delayed. So, sat at the very back, couldn't see Swami.
Prof. Venkataraman, Mrs. Padma Khastagir, Miss Ragbir spoke. Then Swami. Horrible world, Equal rights to Vedas & Love all, in that order. Swami reinforced each, look as sister if by accident you happen to look. If bad feelings to sister also, worse than animal. Run away from bad company. Any company - you don't know if it would be good or bad. Only have "Hello, how are you, goodbye". My thoughts went to Anch (sister), how I should behave.

Escorted Dr. Bhatia's brother (wheelchair) a little way behind the ladies. Bought paper, postcards. Room rifled - my cupboard was locked, so safe. Only money taken. Served dinner as usual, wrote A3 (parents and sister) letter. Venkatesan wanted me to play morning music, dilemma whether to ask him. Decided wouldn't, but would get up myself, so both Sir and I would get up.
