Last night meeting - 1/3 Hostel vacated for Parthi boys - boys shifting A2 to A1, B8 to B1, etc. Night itself shifting. Today was the last day of class till Gurupoornima. Some Parthi boys arrived by morning, all by night. 480 boys. All of Institute + XII + XI new boys.
Trayee session was almost unexpected. Swami asked Anil Kumar Sir to read letters from X, IX, VIII boys. I was sitting in 2nd row. Swami had waited till we finished winding up before giving permission to boys! Happiness is Union with God. Sitting front is a joy! After Trayee, Swami went outside - some boys had come and were sitting there.
Night - arranging things for tomorrow's inauguration. All mics put on stands. Cables from Hostel also used. Till 11 pm or so, we were in SRH (Sai Ramesh Hall) - sweets (for distribution as prasadam tomorrow) arrived, S. G. Sir was busy arranging stage thrones etc. Most memorable - I went on top of SRH - among the girders - to see the problem with ladies' side horn. I didn't trace the line end-to-end. Chaitanya did so, found the break, OK. All this was after dinner for the other boys, Chaitanya and I had later.
