Took 6 small (mic) stands - setting up for music program was my "social service". (Sunday mornings are set aside for Social Service in Brindavan, including for this Summer Course). Afternoon half practice on mics. Then, after Bhajans, ran. Program, then Discourse. Tomorrow exam (on the Summer Course, including questions on both the guest talks and the Discourses) - studied during study hours.
Morning - mostly waited for music boys. S. G. Sir's insistence that I stay for SRH (Sai Ramesh Hall) bhajans, and the speed of the BMW --> I reached (the college) Auditorium when You had already come onstage. Then, the Generator failed! The college one - engine failed. The backup had alternator trouble. So, You were on the dark stage till changeover to KEB (Karnataka Electricity Board supply). You sat onstage! for the program, then "remove" for discourse - dragged mics back. Your grace - KEB didn't fail - the 24V batteries didn't have to be used. But music program was horrible. Out of Shruti, muffings in 2nd half. I'm taking the exam quite lightly - whatever I remember ...
