1995-07-16 - Sunday - plunged into academics

1995-07-14 - Friday - Measuring the speed of light - setting up all morning, when power came at 10. Read FAO Review Ceres till then. GPA card came. Vishwanath Sir giving lots of assignments. Tarak (roommate, American) must have a lot of stamina - carrying on tho' not eating. Photo transistors aligned, 100 mV, after bhajan.

Plunged into academics - You walked by. I forgot to mention Gurupoornima padanamaskar - in the evening, You made a passage and came next to me so that ...

Hiccups (literally) during bhajans, also morning & afternoon + night, so some distraction.

1995-07-15 - Saturday - Lots & lots of assignments, AV & KS. Saw MASM. Setup for measuring c - a lot of noice (over 1 MHz signal) with the detector I soldered. Will try connecting it to 0 & -VEE to invert signal. 2 Sundays working days! (meaning that the days taken off during the Gurupoornima celebrations will be made up by working on the next two Sundays.)

Lord, the schedule's going to be killing. No Sundays, Mid-Semester exams coming, Awareness, KS & AV assignments, not to mention other practicals, KBR etc.

You walked till the gate and back - that's about all I saw of You, as I was sitting in SKH (Sai Kulwant Hall). While going back, You made the ladies laugh by some remark or something like that.

1995-07-16 - Sunday - Pseudo-Monday. (probably meaning that Monday's timetable was used, making up for the previous Monday). After Bhajan, classes for both School and Institute. KBR allowed us to start practicals! Soldering CE amplifier. (Tarak gave?) kept in my cupboard - photo of Swami. "Brother, I want to be like you"! (was written behind the photo.) He had fever, now better.

This is the photo gifted to me, mentioned above.

You talked for a long time with Primary school boys. Someone among us was talking, so we (older boys) got "Donkeys! Dogs! Monkeys! ..."
