1996-06-08 - Saturday - Since whole day (was spent in the) Comp. lab & I didn’t prepare, not very productive. Others were “talk”ing thru the system and even using mail tho’ prohibited. Bhajan database program, but in doldrums as files are used... fstream etc. in UNIX also?

Changed speakers in foyer to 100V columns – what a difference in freq. response!

Night 8:15 to 9:15 Parayanam by Prof. Anil Kumar - better than a video show! Laughs all the way. Rumours of tomorrow’s PC (Poornachandra) session… blasting?

1996-06-09 - Sunday - Breakfast at 5:30 am, Lunch at 11 am, tea at 1:30pm. Slept 11:30-1:30. PC (Poornachandra) at 2 o'clock. (I've not mentioned what happened during the Poornachandra session - maybe written elsewhere - description of another session is here.)

After PC etc, study hours, assembly - Tuesday seminar.

 PC - You gave boondi + banana + pakoda! And Pasupati's father ⇒ Mysore pak in room. (meaning that a roommate's father visited, and brought sweets which he shared with all of us in the room.)
