1996-07-31 - Wednesday - Morning darshan, then 8.30 college. Shailesh Sir running on. Wrote letters to A³ & M&A, (parents and maternal grandparents), whole study hours, too. Tomorrow video show.
1996-08-01 - Thursday - Morning 5.30, Shashidhar (batchmate in MBA) said go at 6.30 to set up TV. No one came. CSNK’s seminar 6.40 ⇒ returned to Hostel - postponed to 2nd hr. Video/slide show - horrible audio on video cassette. Last minute wanting to play audio cassette etc ⇒ hot (meaning that I lost my cool). Later, Renju Sir not wanting me to stay in lab 5 mts beyond 12 when anyway he was staying… Then lunch-time bombshell (probably that the daily Discourses would not continue since the exams were coming up - or perhaps the instruction that "Birthday boys" were not to go with trays at all, progressing from the earlier instruction about not bringing sweets? I don't remember.) when I was already feverish. Night fever ⇒ slept at 6 (got up for dinner).
Meeting - S⁴ said 18 hrs till next discourse - pray, get good marks.
1996-08-02 - Friday - Laryngitis for me & You didn’t speak - interview for an overseas group. Studied in college whole day, barber didn’t come in the evening ⇒ chance of a haircut only on Sunday evening.
UK balvikas program ⇒ after returned @ 8.30 pm, dinner, washing, head reeling.
